Payment method, delivery and delivery charges
How can I pay for the products I have ordered?
You can pay for products ordered in the Become a Partisan online shop:
Cash on delivery (cash or bank card*),
by credit card Visa, Mastercar, American Express via Stripe
or via UPN/remittance advice (reference should be your online order number).
- You can use a credit or debit bank card. A bank fee of 1.43% of your purchase will be charged at the time of payment, for which the courier will issue you with an additional invoice.
How much is the delivery charge?
If you buy one game, with accessories, (package up to 2kg), the shipping cost to Slovenia is €4. The delivery costs for other countries depends on the country to which it is being shipped.
How is the delivery of the ordered products?
Products ordered in the Postani Partisan online shop are delivered to Slovenia by DPD, to EU countries by POŠTA SLOVENIJE, DPD and GLS, to other countries by GLS, DHL and POŠTA SLOVENIJE.
Ordered products are dispatched within 3-5 working days. We will send the products to the address you provided during the registration or purchase process, so we recommend that you provide an address where you are located in the morning. We also recommend that you provide a mobile number where you can be reached in the morning, so that a courier can call you to arrange delivery.
Once the parcel is ready, it is handed over to the courier together with the address, email and phone number.
The delivery service will send you a first notification of the scheduled delivery and the amount of the ransom, if any, by email or SMS.
When the courier scans the parcel on the day of delivery, a second notification is automatically sent with an estimated 3-hour delivery timeframe. It also includes the number of the courier and the customer service department.
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the courier will leave you a delivery notification. The notification will include the package number and the telephone number of the delivery service.
