Partisans attack first.
Historical background:
Ljubo Šercer led fighters of the Loška and Preserska company and destroyed the Italian army’s outpost in Lož.
October 19th 1941
25 Italian soldiers and 6 fascists officers were killed, many of them wounded.
The partisans seized a large number of horses and mules and set a military car to fire. 6 soldiers and an officer were captured and taken away. The partisans had 3 casualties, one severely and 3 lightly wounded.
